Head of Business Operations Program Management (Director of BOPM)

Thumbtack's Business Operations Program Management (BOPM) Team is the operating heartbeat of Thumbtack and the engine behind many of our most critical strategic initiatives. As Head of BOPM, you’ll define and manage our operating model, ensuring our rhythms, planning, and executive forums are simple, nimble, and effective. You'll favor simple, scrappy frameworks over heavyweight processes, rebuilding anything that slows the business down. Run annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, road-mapping, and business reviews that keep teams aligned and accountable, without drowning them in process and deliverables. Lead cross-company programs (AI adoption is first up), stitching together product, finance, people, and comms so big bets land smoothly and stick.
