As a Customer Success Manager, your role involves being the main relationship holder and advocate for over 30 mid-market and enterprise clients, assuring lasting satisfaction, retention, and value achievement throughout their engagement with ZenGRC. This position is strategic and advisory, not focused on implementation, and you'll team up with the Onboarding team for a smooth shift into ongoing management. Maximizing customer success is achieved through proactive involvement, insights, and technical guidance. The role requires strong technical understanding, as ZenGRC is a technical, data-driven product.
