As a Sr. People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor on organisational design, role clarity, and team development. You will support change management efforts and business transformation initiatives within G&A. Proactively identify talent gaps, organisational health risks, and structural inefficiencies, presenting clear action plans. You will influence performance management, career development, and succession planning for G&A teams. Guide leaders through performance moments—calibrating expectations, delivering actionable feedback, and addressing challenges early with clarity. You will champion an inclusive and values-driven work environment aligned with HighLevel’s mission and leverage data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
