- Act as a primary point of support and escalation.
- Coach for services delivery excellence.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving operations.
- Implement new processes, systems, and tools to scale the team.
- Analyze and provide detailed insights about team's performance
Expertise:
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of ecommerce marketing teams.
- Solid technical knowledge of the Attentive platform and ability to troubleshoot issues.
