Job Description
The Renewals Specialist is responsible for developing and managing a proactive customer renewal program. This role involves engaging with customers to ensure their timely renewal and facilitate their renewal process.
The Renewals Specialist must be able to effectively communicate with clients, review client contracts, and prepare and send quotations or proposals while maintaining accurate client records. The Renewals Specialist will work closely with our Sales, Client Experience, and Support teams to develop and execute renewal strategies and increase customer retention. Additionally, the Strategic Renewals Specialist will liaise closely with many other business functions, including Legal and Finance, to ensure the Renewals process is managed cross-functionally.
