Job Description
Support the Sales (Core & Enterprise market segments) and Client Success (Emerging, Channel, & Core) teams throughout the opportunity and renewal lifecycles. Lead the creation, coordination, and submission of high-quality proposals, ensuring they are tailored to meet client requirements and align with EDH value proposition and company standards. Work closely with internal teams, including Client Success, Analytics, Network, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance, to gather necessary information and insights for proposal content. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and best practices for proposal strategies. Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment to final submission, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure proposals are accurate, compelling, and free of errors, while continuously seeking ways to improve proposal effectiveness and efficiency.
