Benefits Ownership & Strategy:
- Develop and evolve global benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leaves, ensuring they are competitive and scalable.
- Lead end-to-end renewal, negotiations, and RFP processes for US and international markets, managing 10+ locations and vendors.
- Administer all benefit plans, monitor claims data, and ensure rigorous compliance with regulatory requirements.
Operational Excellence:
- Manage enrollment processes and redesign workflows to eliminate friction between internal teams and vendors.
- Build and maintain robust benefits cost-tracking models and data systems for accurate variance analysis and reporting.
- Own the vendor lifecycle from initial RFP and procurement to ongoing performance management and relationship building.
Communication & Education:
- Design and maintain a comprehensive benefits education suite including internal wikis, slide decks, and guides for employees.
- Act as the subject matter expert for complex employee inquiries and lead open enrolment logistics and high-touch support.
