Forecasting and Capacity Planning Consultant

Omnidian’s Operations team is seeking a Capacity Planning Consultant to take an existing first draft of a Residential Operations plan and elevate it into a standardized, reportable system. You will work directly with the Senior Capacity Planner, as well as other stakeholders, to understand the business workflows, map and time tasks using data from Salesforce and Sigma, and establish standardized weekly/monthly operational reporting. Your efforts will deliver the clarity and visibility needed to scale effectively, with potential for longer-term engagement based on growth needs. This role would align closely with US Central time zone.
