Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic, high-impact Director of Sales Development to build and scale our global Sales Development function. You’ll architect the playbook, build the team, drive pipeline generation, and work closely with marketing, sales, RevOps, and enablement to align strategy with execution. This is a foundational leadership role responsible for delivering a repeatable, performance-driven pipeline engine. Responsibilities include strategic leadership & ownership, cross-functional collaboration, talent development & team management, and technology, process, & analytics.
