Identify process gaps optimizable with AI tooling, collaborating with product and development.
Monitor production and track deployed AI agent status, proposing enhancements.

Requirements:

5+ years in business process analysis, operations optimization, or related roles.
Proven experience driving structured improvement initiatives in cross-functional environments.
Experience with technical teams on systems integrations, process automation, or data-driven tools.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and comfort with large datasets.
Familiarity with business intelligence platforms—Power BI preferred.
Ability to produce process documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Confluence, etc.
