Job Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst will report into the Manager of Revenue Operations and will drive revenue velocity by ensuring data integrity in sales and marketing systems, working with the revenue generating teams on quoting and deal management, and by driving forward a variety of improvements in systems and processes. This role is critical to BlueCat’s success. Administering our systems and processes from end-to-end will allow our Revenue generating teams to move quickly and improve revenue velocity. Doing so will require working closely with various areas of the business including, but not limited to, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Learning and Enablement, and Professional Services. Responsibilities include prioritizing and responding to incoming support requests, ensuring data integrity in Salesforce, implementing best practices for data integrity, improving usability of Salesforce and other tools, participating in cross-functional projects, creating enablement materials, and providing day-to-day SFDC support to the global sales team.
