Murex MX.3 Production Support Analyst — Front Office (Equity Derivatives)

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line production support for Murex MX.3 across pricing, risk, trade capture, workflows, market data, and interfaces.
• Own incident triage, impact assessment, root cause analysis, and follow-up remediation.
• Monitor logs, dashboards, schedulers, RTS feeds, and batch processes to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Murex MX.3 in a production environment with knowledge of eTradepad, Pricing, Simulation, Livebook, and Workflow.
• Scripting experience in Python and/or Unix shell, and SQL knowledge across Sybase, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Understanding of Equity Derivatives products and Greeks, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
