Senior Sales Recruiter

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven experienced Senior Recruiter to support our Sales organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-priority roles. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with sales leaders to understand hiring alignment, source ideal candidate profiles, and align on search strategies for Sales positions. You will also manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles - from sourcing and screening through to interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing. Achieve and aim to surpass recruitment metrics and individual performance goals. Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates through various channels.
