About the Role:
- Own the full customer lifecycle for AG1, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.
- Lead retention strategy, lifecycle marketing, and subscriber experience.
What You'll Do:
- Drive churn-reduction roadmap, save flows, and winback programs.
- Own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and direct mail.
- Manage subscription platform, member portal, and retention P&L.
What We're Looking For:
- 8-12+ years in retention, lifecycle, or subscription marketing.
- Proven churn-reduction results and LTV modeling fluency.
- Experience with modern lifecycle stacks and scaling teams.
