GTM Engineer

About the Role:

• We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build next-gen systems and AI-powered workflows for go-to-market teams.
• You will report to the Principal GTM Systems Architect and work across Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, and more.
• This is a hands-on builder role partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and RevOps.

What You'll Do:

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, APIs, and other platform capabilities.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using object-oriented programming principles.
• Build integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier.
• Use Claude Code and other AI tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot solutions.
• Connect systems through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations, and work directly with GTM teams to solve pain points.

• The estimated total compensation range for this position is $170,000 - $180,000 (base plus bonus).
