Job Description
To support our Advanced Materials division, we are seeking a Sales Representative who will develop, manage, and maximize volume and profitability within our existing customer base and newly acquired accounts in the Coatings & Construction market. The position will require travelling up to 50% of the time visiting customers often based in Germany and France. The role ensures that all customer requirements are identified and addressed within our organization, with follow-up and implementation driven by the Account Manager. This position offers the opportunity to take full ownership of client relationships and recommend the most profitable strategies for the business. It is a permanent, full-time, home-based role covering key markets in Central and Northern Europe. Reporting directly to the Sales Leader, this is an exciting opportunity to significantly contribute to and maximize sales, volumes, and profitability, fully aligned with the companyβs growth targets.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing Coating & Construction (C&C) customer accounts Focusing on acquiring new business in the C&C market Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within new and existing customers Establishing strong relationships to achieve sales targets.
