What You'll Do:
- Build the team and stand up 24x7 command with a follow-the-sun rotation across APAC, EMEA, and AMER.
- Drive severity maturity with Risk on financial and regulatory materiality in a regulated brokerage.
- Own both bridges: connect engineers fixing issues with partner communications teams, and run retrospectives with SRE.
Who You Are:
- You have stood up an incident command or major-incident function, owning the severity model and driving adoption across teams.
- 5+ years in production engineering, SRE, or technical operations with hands-on command of high-severity incidents.
- You are disciplined about scope, write well, and can hold a bridge calm under pressure.
