Your Role:
- Make Alpaca scale by owning and resolving the operating constraints that Corporate Operations prioritizes.
- Operate as a builder-operator, diagnosing what's limiting scale and driving to measurable outcome.

- Own constraints end-to-end, from discovery through durable ownership and move to the next priority.
- Sense, design, build, and drive – create processes, automation, or infrastructure to change outcomes.
- Contribute to company deep-dives and communicate capacity honestly, escalating when scope needs input.
