Business Operations Manager, Systems & Automation

Systems and Automation Focus:

• Build systems that connect across Operations, Accounting, and Revenue, not one-off tools.
• Automate the mechanical work, streamline where judgment is needed, and design fallbacks for every path.
• Own the full lifecycle from discovery to rollout, including training and documentation.

How You Will Work:

• Understand before you prescribe: learn the real pain points from people doing the work and get buy-in before building.
• Start with the smallest kernel, then connect it: build one real component completely rather than designing everything on a whiteboard first.
• You build it, you own it: if it breaks, the call comes to you.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years in operations, revenue or sales operations, business systems, or implementation, with a track record of building tooling.
• You have shipped something people used—working tooling that ran, had users, and that you owned including its failures.
• You author software rather than only configuring tools, including writing and maintaining APIs, SQL queries, and scripting against third-party APIs.
