Prospecting: research candidate markets, gather competitive intelligence, and build compelling, engaging communication outreach in order to develop candidates for Vector’s open positions across the company. Qualifying: Develop qualified pipelines of talent for a variety of positions.
Candidate Management: Monitor and cultivate your candidate pipeline including inbound applicants, and conduct significant sourcing outreach for your assigned roles as well as future roles. Candidate Experience: Go above and beyond to ensure each prospect or candidate has a great impression of Vector and positive experience regardless of the outcome.
