Campaign Operations Manager

As a Campaign Operations Manager at Vanta, you will build and launch campaigns using Hubspot and Salesforce, managing campaign operations end-to-end from intake to setup to QA, scheduling, and reporting. You'll build internal playbooks, campaign checklists, and intake processes to scale campaign execution globally, owning QA processes to ensure flawless execution. You'll partner cross-functionally with marketing teams to streamline execution and improve campaign speed and quality. Also, you'll maintain and improve operational infrastructure such as templates, naming conventions and campaign documentation.
