As a Sr. Principal TPM, you will translate ambitious company goals into a structured System View, driving major outcomes.
You will operationalize frameworks on the ground, manage complex programs, and lead execution to ensure timely delivery.

What You'll Do:

Manage multiple concurrent programs, maintaining objective oversight and passion for success.
Ensure every program aligns to the Program Playbook, delivering technical capability and realizing outcomes.
Establish consistent execution rituals, force decision-making, and remove blockers.

AI Integration:

Integrate AI seamlessly into program management workflows, using agentic tools to automate RAID logs and synthesize status updates.
Govern the unpredictability of AI development, adapting traditional PM to account for experimentation.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in SaaS product development and program management.
Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and using AI/Agentic workflows.
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
