Popl is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to help scale their GTM engine. In this role, you'll work across sales, marketing, and customer success to optimize processes, manage systems, and provide the data and insights needed to drive revenue growth. You'll own and evolve the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Chili Piper, Apollo, and others), ensuring it supports scalability and team efficiency. You will build and manage reporting infrastructure to provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion metrics, revenue performance, and forecast accuracy.
You will also partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to identify operational bottlenecks and implement automation, process improvements, and tooling enhancements. You will drive initiatives around lead routing, attribution, territory design, and lifecycle workflows. Finally, you will ensure data integrity across systems, supporting accurate reporting and confident decision-making and lead the planning and execution of sales compensation programs, headcount planning, and territory assignments.
