HR Implementation Management:

  • Lead HR implementations across Deel’s suite of HR products.
  • Oversee the full implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-Guide clients through the planning phase and onboarding journey.

  • Perform data imports to migrate client data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration, complying with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR data migration experience.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
