HR Implementation Management:
- Lead HR implementations across Deel’s suite of HR products.
- Oversee the full implementation process, ensuring accurate data transfer.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
-Guide clients through the planning phase and onboarding journey.
- Perform data imports to migrate client data, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Safeguard sensitive employee information during migration, complying with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR data migration experience.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
