As an HR Implementation Manager, lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deelβs suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). Oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clientsβ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training. This role must be based in the APAC region and will support clients across both APAC and EMEA markets.
