Job Description

As an HR Implementation Manager, you will lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). You will oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training. You will assist new and transitioning clients with the migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring a smooth and successful roll-out. Act as a consultant for client stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation. This role involves performing data imports to migrate client data from their outgoing HRIS to Deel HR, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. You will plan, validate, and test data transfers meticulously to prevent errors and minimize disruptions. The role must be based in the APAC region and will support clients across both APAC and EMEA markets.
