Job Description
The Accounting Operations Specialist will take full ownership of AR & AP cycles; review contracts in Salesforce/ERP; generate accurate invoices and manage collections; oversee sales tax compliance via Avalara (all registrations current); process ~200 vendor bills/month via Bill.com; prepare timely vendor payments; review Expensify employee expense reports; process reimbursements; forecast weekly cash collections/payments; communicate expected flows to the team; reconcile daily cash activity to ERP resolve discrepancies; support annual audit preparation and participate in ad-hoc accounting projects.
