Job Description

Lead strategic account growth:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value retail and CPG strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Serve as the primary sales and account management contact.
  • Maximize the value of the relationship with clients.

Drive complex sales cycles:

  • Lead multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-level executives.
  • Articulate commercetools' capabilities and differentiation.
  • Partner with value engineering to focus on customer outcomes.

Orchestrate sales and build relationships:

  • Manage complex sales processes, including MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate with ISVs and SIs for success.
  • Influence digital strategy at the board and executive levels.
