Job Description
Lead strategic account growth:
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-value retail and CPG strategic enterprise accounts.
- Serve as the primary sales and account management contact.
- Maximize the value of the relationship with clients.
Drive complex sales cycles:
- Lead multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-level executives.
- Articulate commercetools' capabilities and differentiation.
- Partner with value engineering to focus on customer outcomes.
Orchestrate sales and build relationships:
- Manage complex sales processes, including MEDDPICC.
- Collaborate with ISVs and SIs for success.
- Influence digital strategy at the board and executive levels.
