Sourcer

Our Global Sourcing Team is looking for a Sourcer to join us in Kraken’s mission of increasing crypto adoption. This role requires navigating complex situations, a high bar for performance and extreme ownership. You’ll operate in a fully remote, high agency culture where speed, precision and focus are critical, on a 12-month contract. You will be expected to tackle roles that you have never heard about, with no prior experience or data, flex your sourcing skills across tech and non-tech roles with a very quick turnaround, and contribute to building something new and cutting edge. The sourcing team provides velocity and quality to pipelines through hard work and teamwork.
