Incident Communications Management Coordinator

Our FRB Program is looking for an Incident Communications Management Coordinator. This position is 100% remote with On Call responsibilities managing incidents. The role involves providing an overview of IT infrastructure and related services throughout the incident lifecycle, working with customers and internal teams to restore normal service efficiently. Responsibilities include managing incident queues, escalating issues, facilitating global responses to major incidents, and conducting process improvements. The coordinator will handle incident communications, maintain logs, and develop technical documents for the Incident Management Team. Collaboration with Service Desk Agents and participation in disaster recovery exercises are also key aspects of this role.
