Job Description

As the Talent Coordinator Intern, you’ll be the face of Versapay, having a direct impact on the candidate journey and providing a best-in-class candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate looking to break into the Fintech SaaS space, make an impact, and learn from an experienced People Ops Team. As Talent Coordinator Intern, you will partner with hiring managers throughout the organization to assist with sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing our postings and data hygiene in our ATS system. Candidate Sourcing: Responsible for both inbound and outbound sourcing efforts using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Lever, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Cross Functional Collaboration: Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to gather role requirements and criteria. Collaborate with Recruitment and Hiring Teams throughout the full recruitment cycle. Interviewing: Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interviews for the hiring team, helping identify strong matches for technical and non-technical roles. Recruitment Administration: Create Job Requisitions, post jobs, administer candidate assessments through our tools Codility and Criteria, and assist with candidate background checks. Reporting and Data Hygiene: Help maintain and optimize our ATS Lever, our Recruitment AI tool Pillar, and other relevant platforms and pull ad hoc reports.
