Sales Manager (Commercial)

SageSure is seeking an experienced and proactive Manager of Product Growth and Advocacy to lead our product expansion initiatives across Commercial lines. This leader will be responsible for driving product adoption, advocacy, and growth, working directly with leaders of the Commercial business units to set strategic direction and ensure alignment. This role builds and drives advocacy, understanding, and adoption of our Commercial products, working closely with the Commercial team and Marketing Strategist to create and execute strategic plans, track performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and proactively recommend improvements to achieve desired outcomes. The Manager will lead a team and drive understanding and adoption of Commercial products within the Go-To-Market Regional Teams, championing Commercial initiatives and engaging in strategic planning with cross-functional teams. They will also prioritize field engagement opportunities and seek producer insights to enhance decision-making.
