New Business Systems Sr. Analyst, Equity Programs

This is a newly created position which will help drive the long term vision and strategy for our growing equity team. As the Business Systems Sr. Analyst you will play a key role in launching world-class equity programs developed for precision and ease of execution. In our world, every equity-related transaction should appear seamless. To achieve this you will take on complex challenges in a fast-paced environment where customer service is paramount. You will provide significant input and support for the delivery of ongoing equity products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and understand both business and technology requirements, translating them into effective technical architectures and customer-centric solutions. Analyze data and system performance to recommend appropriate tools, frameworks, and enhancements that address both functional and non-functional requirements. Lead technical evaluations, including assessments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution validation efforts. Investigate system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to clearly articulate business requirements and ensure shared understanding of proposed solutions. Develop and execute test plans and scripts; participate in system testing, code deployment, and migration activities. Conduct functional and technical analysis tasks, including data analysis, functional mapping, business process modeling, time and cost estimation, and issue tracking and resolution. Ensure project deliverables are completed within defined milestones and budget constraints. Provide support and respond to troubleshooting requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
