Job Description
Gathering and Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements; translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and user stories; conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules); manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; build reports, dashboards, and automation flows.
Strategic Planning: Assist in defining priorities and shaping the roadmap for Salesforce enhancements; participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning discussions; work closely with developers, QA, and business teams.
