Senior Revenue Systems Delivery Manager

We’re seeking a hands-on delivery leader to keep our Salesforce and RevOps teams organized, efficient, and delivering measurable business value quickly—without unnecessary bureaucracy. Reporting to the Strategic Project & Execution Manager, you’ll define and evolve our delivery framework, bringing the best of Agile/Scrum while maintaining the flexibility RevOps demands. You’ll translate business priorities into actionable plans, remove blockers, and align business and technical teams to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions. This role requires both an understanding of Salesforce development and a knack for balancing process discipline with speed to value. Responsibilities include facilitating team rhythm, driving delivery and removing blockers, business and technical alignment, enabling high-performing teams, metrics and transparency, and release coordination.
