What to Expect:
- You will join our CRM & Retention team covering maternity leave for a senior consultant on the HBO Max account.
- You will lead high-impact CRM and lifecycle marketing programs for a major streaming client.
- This is a hands-on role combining technical Braze expertise with client relationship ownership.
What You'll Do:
- Own day-to-day client relationships and maintain trust and quality.
- Conduct advanced CRM audits and maximize Braze capabilities.
- Manage lifecycle campaign execution and drive experimentation.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of hands-on CRM experience with deep Braze expertise.
- Strong data literacy and client communication skills.
- Experience with retention mechanics for large consumer products.
