Job Description
This position focuses on driving growth through direct engagement with influential employers. The Sales Director will lead the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing deals. Collaboration with internal Consultant Relations, Sales Development, and Marketing teams is essential.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with mid-market employers. Identifying and closing opportunities across the designated territory. Maintaining an accurate sales forecast by analyzing market trends.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of B2B sales experience, deep understanding of sales, and a successful sales history. Exceptional communication skills are required. Willingness and ability to travel frequently is necessary.
