As a Partner Relationship Manager, youโll play a key role in driving our mission forward by building meaningful partnerships with veterinary clinics across the country. You will own early-stage sales cycle from start to finish, including proactive cold outreach, delivering compelling demos, and closing new veterinary clinic partnerships. After the contract is signed, youโll hand off to our implementation team so you can stay focused on growth.
This role is a great fit for someone who is confident in outbound prospecting, loves the hunt, and knows how to guide a consultative sales process from first touch to close. You will conduct cold calls, send emails, and use LinkedIn or other strategies to connect with decision-makers. You will need to present and pitch Koalaโs solution to veterinary practices, adapting to each clinicโs needs along with tracking your pipeline and progress via Salesforce. This role requires collaboration with the onboarding team for a smooth handoff after the sale staying informed on trends in veterinary medicine and pet health.
