Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of multiple events, from initial planning through post-event reporting.
- Develop event timelines, coordinate logistics, vendors, budgets, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage operational and administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management and corporate event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of event logistics, AV requirements, booth and materials shipping, and managing event-related inventory.
- Prepare and manage event-related documentation including purchase orders, approval requests, vendor contracts, and invoices.
Core Competencies & Tools:
- Microsoft Office Suite (required) – especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Event project planning and timeline development.
- Basic event budget creation, tracking, and financial reconciliation.
