Event Coordination:
- Lead, plan, coordinate & execute virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
- Recruit venues, suppliers, speakers and entertainers and negotiating their contracts.
- Support day-to-day usage of our hybrid events platform.
Cross-team collaboration:
- Collaborate with wider marketing and sales teams to ensure events are deployed across all channels.
- Design and create promotional content in collaboration with the Demand Generation and Design team.
- Maintain event analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
Skills:
- Experience with software tools commonly used in event marketing such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence or Airtable.
- Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
