Manager, Operations (Content and Enablement)

This role is aligned to our Content and Enablement team. The Manager leads a team of Analysts, Technical Specialists and Senior Technical Specialists supporting Audit Operations. This leader will oversee the development and deployment of new audit technology, applications, and workflows, including the curation and optimization of content. This role will serve as a Business Partner to our operational Leaders, key project stakeholders and Research and Development (R&D) teams. Additionally, as a Manager fundamentals of new year budget and forecasting may be required in partnership with Senior Leadership. Analytics: Performs complex operation, financial, and statistical analysis, synthesizes and communicates results to stake holders. Quality Assurance: Direct accountability for the successful deployment and integration of new technology, content, and training. Project Management: Manages expectations of external stakeholders via clear communication with R&D and business unit leadership. People Management: Provides managerial leadership and direct the selection, supervision, evaluation, and development of team members.
