- Execute an SEO content roadmap including keyword research, briefing writers, and producing optimized blog content.
- Build and manage a small team of content creators and test organic growth channels like Pinterest and online communities.
Company & Team Context:
- Fully remote team with members across Australia, Central America, Poland, Ukraine, Jamaica, Bahamas, and the US.
- Subscription-based business driven by search growth, currently expanding from B2C into B2B.
- The founder is an engineer focused on product and growth, seeking a self-directed EA to delegate gradually.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3–4 years of EA experience with meaningful exposure to SEO, content, or marketing operations.
- Startup background preferred; comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
- Strong communicator able to interface with a CMO, writers, engineers, and support across time zones.
