Job Description

The Customer Success team is expanding and requires a Director of Customer Success to join the high-performing team to manage and lead the APAC Customer Success team. As a Director of Customer Success, you'll report to the Global VP, Customer Success and lead a team consisting of Customer Success Managers primarily based in Australia. Responsibilities include engaging and leading cross-functional teams, proactive thought leadership on customer strategy, developing account expansion strategies, and being accountable for onboarding, training, and support. The role involves increasing key CS metrics, monitoring customer satisfaction, collaborating with leadership, driving strategy, and coaching the team to improve the Customer Success model and drive accountability to meet UpGuard and customer business objectives. Furthermore, maintaining in-depth knowledge of customers’ business, anticipating and addressing opportunities and issues.
