Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in securing mortgage financing across Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loan products.
- Prospect and develop relationships with new borrowers and build a referral network with realtors and partners.
- Guide borrowers through the full mortgage application process and analyze financial documents to determine eligibility.
Qualifications:
- Active NMLS license required and a solid grasp of loan programs, guidelines, and mortgage calculations.
- Ability to analyze financial documents and assess borrower eligibility.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills, comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
