About the Role:
- Lead and develop a high-producing Loan Officer team.
- Set expectations and drive accountability for every opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Coach complex deals with deep mortgage guideline expertise.
- Use performance data to improve team execution and partnerships.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years mortgage origination and 2+ years managing Loan Officers.
- Strong ownership, analytical skills, and bias toward action.
