Job Description
This isnβt a traditional VA management role. Itβs about building a personal brand operations ecosystem from the ground up. Responsibilities include building and managing a team of Virtual Assistants across specialized areas, including personal brand operations, marketing & creative production, partnerships & sponsorships, media, PR & publicity, digital products & monetization, thought leadership (long-form content), website, SEO, email strategy, social media, and content creation. Lead daily team huddles to align goals, implement structure across ClickUp, Slack, and Notion, hire and train new VAs, develop and maintain SOPs and performance reports, manage project timelines, and oversee social media strategy. Partner directly with the founder to translate ideas into action across brand storytelling, campaigns, and partnerships. The role requires proven experience managing VA teams or running a VA agency with a background in creative operations, marketing project management, or personal brand management.
