The VP, Affiliate Delivery owns the vision and outcomes for the affiliate client services organization, balancing internal leadership with external client and P&L accountability.
This is a build and run role, responsible for refining the team structure and driving top and bottom line success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a large, globally dispersed team, setting standards for leadership, accountability, and development.
Own resource allocation, hiring, promotions, and compensation to optimize margin and capacity.
Ensure superior client satisfaction by monitoring delivery quality and addressing risks early.

Qualifications:

10+ years of combined affiliate marketing and client services or agency experience.
Proven track record scaling a business line or practice area with executive leadership and financial acumen.
Deep expertise in affiliate program strategy and integration with influencer and retail media.
