New Partner Growth Manager

Client Revenue:

• Contributes to overall revenue goal for Growth & Partnerships department through creation of high-potential relationships and optimization of publishers.
• Manages paid placements, commission increases, and product reviews to drive client growth.

Partner Management:

• Builds and maintains long-lasting relationships with top 10 partners as an extension of the client's business.
• Manages budget to ensure healthy return on investment while identifying growth opportunities.

Strategy and Execution:

• Aligns with client strategy and goals, creates recruitment and paid placement plans with expected timelines.
• Independently executes strategy, including negotiation of terms, campaign set-up, and communication with partners.

Pitching Opportunities:

• Consistently pitches innovative, out-of-the-box opportunities with a clear "why" backed by data and metrics.
• Overcomes objections with tenacity and provides alternatives based on thorough knowledge of publisher portfolio.
