• Guarantee availability and performance of Oracle databases in production environments
• Support legacy data migrations to OIPA systems for life insurance implementations
• Perform troubleshooting and resolution of database incidents with root cause analysis

• Install, configure, upgrade, migrate, monitor, and maintain Oracle databases.
• Administer and optimize Oracle environments using tools such as OEM, RMAN, Data Pump, Data Guard, AWR, RAC, multitenancy, and Autonomous Databases.
• Monitor database performance, troubleshoot incidents, and proactively address operational risks.
