Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's outsourced MSP relationship, including performance, prioritization, escalations, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead IT readiness and deployment for new infusion center openings, including project timelines, vendor coordination, infrastructure setup, and go-live support.
- Own enterprise IT operational processes managed through Rippling and other internal systems.
Key Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience.
- Prior experience managing third-party MSP relationships and outsourced IT environments.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and/or rapid growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background working in Healthcare.
- Experience supporting ambulatory care, infusion, physician practice, or multi-site healthcare operations.
- Familiarity with identity/access management, endpoint management, and cloud-based IT environments.
